Three flat monthly prices. No per-user math, no feature hostages, no contracts. Add a tech, add your spouse, add the office — your price doesn't move inside your tier.
Everything TradeGOAT does today is in every tier: bring-your-own proposal ingestion, the honest margin-first calculator, signed-on-glass field tickets, maintenance clocks and the missed-visit watch, QuickBooks connection, all four reports and Company Insights. One thing is Pro-only and we will name it plainly: dispatch. It is built for shops big enough to be routing crews from an office all day, and when you get there, your secretary can run that board for you. We will never move a feature you already have down behind a gate. Higher tiers add scale and new capabilities on top — they never take from below.
The companies who come in early get the best deal we will ever offer. It never expires.
Every feature, up to 25 users, white-glove: we load your documents, your customers, your equipment with you. Your real business on the real tool, from day one.
$75 / $125 / $299 a month by tier — for as long as you stay. Founding badge, a real voice in the roadmap, and our permanent gratitude. The rate lives as long as your subscription does; cancel and return later, and standard pricing applies. The founding rate covers your tier. Add-on secretary seats are the standard $149 — she is her own cost, and we would rather say that now than surprise you with it later.
Inside your tier, add people at no extra cost — you pay for the company, not per head. Two things move it, and only these two: outgrowing your tier's user count, and adding your secretary, who is priced per person because she works inside one person's inbox and can do everything in the tool that person can. Nothing else, ever.
Written before we ever take a payment, so you can hold us to it.
No contracts, no cancellation calls to a "retention specialist," no fees for leaving.
When your pilot ends, we talk. You pick a tier, we agree in writing, and only then does billing start. The tool keeps working while we talk. Nobody is ever surprised by a charge.
Export everything, anytime. If you cancel, your account stays restorable for 90 days — then it's permanently deleted. Sooner, if you ask.
For the tool itself, yes. Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing and makes you share logins to save money — the thing everybody hates about the big-name tools. TradeGOAT is flat per company within your tier's user count. Hiring your fourth tech costs you nothing. The one exception is the secretary, and we will not bury it: she is priced per person, because she works inside one real mailbox. Adding a technician or another office seat is never an add-on. Adding a second secretary is.
Pro includes one — the owner's. Not one for every person in the tool. Each additional secretary is $149/mo and can be given to anyone: your office manager, your service coordinator, whoever actually needs one working alongside them.
The reason is simple. She is not a chat box everyone shares. She lives inside one person's mailbox and works with exactly that person's reach — your office manager's secretary sees what your office manager sees, and never a dollar a viewer could not see. One of her per person is the only way that works honestly.
A login. Owner, office, field tech — each person gets their own login with the right view for their role (techs see their work, not your money). Sharing logins is what we're trying to save you from.
You move up one tier and everything comes with you — nothing to migrate, nothing re-set-up. Growth covers up to 10 people; Pro covers up to 25. Past 25 we talk — a shop that size is a different support relationship, and it deserves a real conversation instead of a checkout page.
After your free 90 days of Pro, and you'll know well in advance. You pick a tier, we agree in writing, and only then does billing start — the tool keeps working while we talk. This page is the promise we'll be held to.
Add-on specialists (the first, a code-and-licensing reference agent, is already live for pilot companies) will price separately as an optional layer. Nothing about agents changes the core tiers above.
The live demo is open — no login, no email, nothing to cancel. Then get in line.
